Disney Mobile today began internet and phones sales of the handsets and service announced in April. Disney Mobile is an MVNO offering a number of services to monitor and control a child's phone usage and whereabouts to US parents. As expected, only the Pantech P100 is available at launch, the LG L200 is expected later. The P100 costs $60 with a 2 year contract, which Disney Mobile is requiring for all signups. Disney is offering family plans that start at $60 per month for 450 minutes and go as high as $250 for 4500 minutes. There are also individual plans for parents who are already locked into contracts. They run between $40 for 400 minutes to $170 for 3500. No prepaid options are available through the service.
