Searching for Movies in Google Search Just Got Better
Apr 3, 2018, 10:26 AM by Eric M. Zeman

Google today improved the way it displays search results for movies on mobile devices. The latest update to the Google app now lets people compare ratings, showtimes, theater locations, and other details in a new result card. People can easily purchase tickets directly from search results, set favorite theaters or locations, and more. Google says people should search for "showtimes" or "movie times" along with the theater name, movie name, or general location. The improved movie search results are available in Google Search in mobile browsers as well as the Google app for Android devices. Google says this feature will come to the Google app for iOS soon.
