Cloudflare Makes 1.1.1.1 DNS Available to Android and iOS
Nov 12, 2018, 8:32 AM by Eric M. Zeman

Cloudflare has extended its fast and private 1.1.1.1 DNS to mobile devices in a simple-to-use app. The 1.1.1.1 DNS is based on Cloudflare's global network, which the company claims is 28% faster than other public resolvers. This translates to faster web browsing. More importantly, the 1.1.1.1 DNS prevents internet service providers from snooping on DNS queries and the web sites people visit for private browsing. Cloudflare says it will never sell user data, or take advantage of user data to target ads. There are no in-app purchases and the 1.1.1.1 DNS is free to use for life. The app is available via the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store.
