Wireless Companies Come to Qualcomm's Defense

A number of companies petitioned the International Trade Commission to suspend the ruling it issued against Qualcomm last week. Among them were phone maker LG, which stands to lose out the most, as well as wireless network operators AT&T and T-Mobile. All three asked the ITC to suspend or drop the ban it levied against certain Qualcomm chips and technologies from entering the U.S. The ban is set to go into place 60 days from the date of the ruling, beginning August 8th.

I can't wait to see the deluge of devices pouring into the stores that shouldn't be released yet, then the waves of warranty exchanges that will take place so users can get updated software.
I think Qualcomm and Broadcom should be forced to take a time out and sit in opposite corners for 1 week. ๐
