Nokia Buys Mobile Ad Firm

Nokia agreed to acquire Enpocket, a Boston-based company that provides mobile advertising services. This acquisition will help bolster Nokia's growing mobile advertising platform. Enpocket will allow Nokia to work with its network operator partners to deliver advertising via SMS, MMS, the mobile web and video services. Nokia bought Enpocket's assets and personnel. The value of the sale was not revealed.
