AT&T has made the Samsung A837 Rugby available for sale. The mil-spec rugged clamshell was recently approved by the FCC and can withstand shock, vibration and dust. It has quad-band GSM radios and push-to-talk capabilities. It also packs in a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and a-GPS. It can access the Web, AT&T's messaging services, and playback MP3s and other media. The Rugby will cost $130 after rebates with a new agreement.
