Nokia's Internet Tablet to Add 3G

Nokia confirmed that the next generation of its N800-series Internet tablet device will support HSPA cellular data radios. No specific hardware has been announced, but the Linux-based operating system will be upgraded with 3G wireless data capabilities. The N series Internet tablets currently pack Wi-Fi on board, and support voice-calling features via VoIP.

Well, won't get that insulting, but I will say, whats the point? I mean the 810 was designed to bt to your phone which may have 3g already? All this would mean is either pulling one's sim from the phone, or paying for a rather expensive stand alone ...

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

Typically, Nokia first releases new devices with european 2100 3G frequency which is useless in the US.
