Broadcom Brings New Charges Against Qualcomm

Broadcom has filed a new lawsuit against rival chipmaker Qualcomm, alleging that the firm misused its cell phone technology patents. Broadcom claims that the misuse of the patents led to "double recovery" of royalties. The two companies have been at odds over cell phone patents for years, and are attempting to work out a licensing agreement.
