Motorola Sells Good to Visto

Today Motorola and Visto announced Visto's intent to acquire Good Technologies from Motorola. Motorola bought Good, which creates mobile email and PIM synchronization software, several years ago to bolster its own business offerings. Visto provides similar services, and the acquisition of Good will add to its capabilities. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but both firms believe the acquisition will be complete by the end of February
