MySpace Says It Will Support Silverlight
Mar 30, 2009, 11:15 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Today MySpace announced that it is working on a next-generation mobile application that will work with Windows Mobile 6.1 and 6.5. The application, which is expected to become available this summer, will offer a new and richer mobile experience for MySpace users. It integrates MySpace’s main social features and functionality with the Windows operating system, which means it will be more intuitive for users of Windows Mobile to interact with. It accomplishes this by tying together the strengths of the Windows Mobile platform, Silverlight, and Microsoft Mobile Internet Explorer 6. Developers will also be able to create richer applications for the expanded service.
