Concept Phone to Enable 3-Track Recording and Music Editing
Apr 20, 2009, 8:03 AM by Eric M. Zeman

Today a design company called Pilotfish unveiled a concept phone, called the Ondo. The phone's main features will be aimed at music enthusiasts, and will include the ability to record three separate audio tracks and edit them by twisting and bending the phone. The Ondo will have three detachable microphones, which are also part of the Ondo's main OLED display, that can be attached to instruments or people to capture audio. Three different users will also be able to record in three separate locations and upload the recordings to a client for editing. The control pad on the lower part of the phone will change depending on what mode the phone is in. Pilotfish hopes to bring the Ondo to market within several years.
