General Mobile to Offer Dual-SIM Android Phone In U.S.

General Mobile recently revealed the DSTL1, a new phone that will support two SIM cards and run the Android 1.5 mobile operating system. The bar-style phone will initially be available with tri-band GSM/EDGE 900/1800/1900 support, but General Mobile indicated that an 850/1900 version is undergoing development for use in the U.S. Other features include a Sony 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, flash, and 30fps video capture, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR with A2DP support, FM radio and a 3-inch touch display. It will support microSD cards up to 16GB. The DSTL1 is expected to become available in June.

AT&T
I read on another website (Dvice) that this phone is going to AT&T this summer. I didn't think they were part of the Open Handset Alliance. Can anyone shead some light on this for me. 🤨
