Today at the All Things Digital conference in California, Palm took the opportunity to reveal a few more features that will be found on the webOS mobile platform and Palm Pre. First up is Palm Media Sync, which will allow webOS to sync seamlessly with iTunes on both Apple and Windows machines. The Pre will also act as a mass storage device, allowing users to drag and drop files directly onto the device. Palm also revealed that Twitter has been built into the webOS search engine. Users start typing and the Pre will search the device for matching contacts, apps, the web, Google Maps, Wikipedia and now Twitter. Last, Palm provided a few more details about the App Catalog for webOS. App Catalog will be available on the Pre at launch, though it will be in beta form. Several applications will populate the catalog at launch.
