Today Microsoft announced an update to its Office Communicator Mobile product. The update offers users several new features, including the ability to join conference calls with a click of a button; avoid roaming charges when out of a provider's network; make calls from a business's PBX system/office number even when not in the office, and; improved battery life. Microsoft will also have a version of Office Communicator Mobile ready for Windows Mobile 6.5 when it is released later this year. A home screen plug-in will allow users to share their presence and view open IM conversations. The update can be downloaded directly from Microsoft.
