Nokia Buys Dopplr

Today Nokia announced that it has acquired Dopplr. Dopplr, which is based in London and Helsinki, was a privately held company that gives international travelers who like to share their experiences as they travel the opportunity to make recommendations to colleagues and friends that are part of their social networks. Dopplr's seven employees will be folded into Nokia's Services unit. Financial terms were not disclosed.
