Verizon Launches Moto Barrage

Verizon Wireless today began selling the Motorola Barrage, a Push-To-Talk phone with a clamshell body designed to be rugged to military specifications. The phone is rugged enough to be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. It also sports a large color outer display, external music controls, 2-megapixel camera, memory card slot, EVDO data, and a 2.5mm headset jack. The barrage is available online now for $129 with 2-year contract.
