PCD Joins the Android Army

Today Personal Communications Devices announced that it has chosen Google's Android platform for a range of future devices, such as netbooks and "other converged devices that are embedded with wireless communications." PCD didn't specifically state that it will make mobile phones using Android, but the company does make a wide range of cell phones. PCD has also created a new division to oversee development of Android products.
