Dell Planning Android Phone for AT&T

Dell is working on an Android phone for AT&T, according to the Wall Street Journal. The phone could launch in 2010, and will forego a physical keyboard. The company has already announced an Android phone for China; the AT&T version would be similar, but not the same device. Dell is also in talk with other US carriers.
