New documents made public on the FCC web site offer some information about the Motorola i680, a rugged clamshell that is likely headed for the Sprint Nextel network. The FCC confirms that the i680 has Bluetooth and GPS in addition to support for the 800/900MHz iDEN network. External photos show that the i680 has two displays, a camera with flash, support for microSD cards and a headset jack. According to the draft user manual, the i680 also supports video capture, threaded messaging, audio/video media playback and PTX services.
