Sony Ericsson's Pureness for Sale Via Saks for $990

Today Sony Ericsson announced that the Pureness will be available from Saks Fifth Avenue's online store and the Sony VIP Shopping service in the U.S. for the price of $990. The Pureness features a transparent LCD and keys that only light up when touched. The device illuminates with incoming calls and messages. The Pureness comes with a 24-hour concierge service for all "lifestyle requests" that is available in cities all around the world.

And you can't see the screen. I mean, you REALLY can't see it. It's horrible.

Bankruptcy In Near Future

Why is Sony ericsson, whose CEO said only 5 months ago that they were near bankruptcy, producing $1000 piece of junk. This unit has nothing in terms of features that a $100 dollar phone doesn't have.
