Nuance Offering Self-Diagnostic Tool on Samsung Phones

Today Nuance Communications announced that is is partnering with Samsung to pre-load Nuance's Mobile Care software on select Samsung handsets. Mobile Care will help end users automatically resolve common problems directly on their handset. Some of the issues it can help resolve include diagnosing and repairing configuration problems. Nuance Mobile Care also helps with customer account queries, upgrades and paying bills. The first few handsets to run Mobile Care include the Samsung Highlight, Gravity 2 and Comeback. Samsung's network operator partners, however, haven't specifically said that Mobile Care will be installed on its versions of these phone.
