Nokia's Beta Labs recently announced a new version of the Nokia Updater software that is compatible with computers running Windows 7. Once installed, the software will allow Windows 7 users to plug their Nokia devices into their PC's USB drive and perform system and other updates to their Nokia phone. Nokia Beta Labs is calling this software a release candidate, so it is not a final version.
