Sprint Signs with GetJar to Offer Free Apps

Today Sprint and GetJar announced a new partnership whereby Sprint will use GetJar's mobile apps store to allow its customers to access over 60,000 mobile applications. Sprint customers should notice the addition of a link in the Sprint portal. All 60,000 apps from GetJar will be available for free to most handsets on the Sprint network, including those that run Windows Mobile and BlackBerry OS.
