FLO TV Adds DVR Capabilities, Pay-Per-View

FLO TV, the mobile TV operator that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm, today announced new features for its FLO TV service. FLO will soon allow time-shifting for its broadcast programs, and will also feature pay-per-day and event passes for special broadcast events. FLO TV is also pushing new social networking features, including new interactive features that let viewers click on programs and ads for more information.
