Today Opera Software made an Opera Mobile emulator available to the Mac, Linux and Windows PC platforms. The emulator is meant to help developers test their web sites and widgets on their PC rather than on a mobile phone. The software also lets developers alter the screen size and and make other adjustments. The emulator can be downloaded for free.
