T-Mobile today announced further expansion of its HSPA+ network. The carrier has broadened its reach throughout the greater New York metro area. Customers in Memphis and Las Vegas can also hop on the HSPA+ network with a properly enabled device. Though the company stops short of describing HSPA+ as a 4G technology, it does describe performance on the network as "4G speeds."
