Dell Planning Smartphone

Following its successful entry into the PDA market, Dell Computer has revealed that it plans to expand into mobile phones. The company plans to develop a smartphone based on Microsoft's Windows Mobile for Smartphone platform. In addition, the company plans to release an Axim PDA in 2004 with tri-band GSM/GPRS wireless, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, all in one device.
