Consumer Cellular Drops Data Pricing

Consumer Cellular today announced new data and messaging plans all with lower prices. There are four new tiers for messaging and data. The Connect! Lite option offers 100 messages and 2MB of data for $2.50 per month. Connect! Ready jumps to 500 messages and 15MB of data for $5.00 per month. The Connect! Active option increases to 1,000 messages and 30MB of data for $10.00 per month. Last, the Connect! Complete plan offers 2,000 messages and 75MB of data for $20.00 per month. According to Consumer Cellular, it still only costs $10 to add a line to a family account, which can share the benefits of these messaging and data options.
