Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Available on AT&T

AT&T is selling the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, originally announced last fall, for $150 with a contract agreement.

it would have been exciting

If it came out like a year ago. I think thats when it first received notoriety. Now its just ho-humm no big deal.
I think the camera junkies will love this phone and the mediascape looks cool too
...
SE makes devices that people might want to buy if they didnt crap out in 3-6 months, causing customers to warranty the thing 8 times and get sick of their product entirely.

Had a chance to mess with the X10--

--at my local Sony Store. Beautiful hardware...that badly needs Android 2.1 at least.

C'mon, Sony--Android 1.6? Really?
As long as it's upgradeable I think it'll be a great device. Perfect for those Sony fans fans that ARE still out there.
Way back when I first heard about the X10 it didn't have multitouch. Major, major failure on SE's end!!! Is that still the case?
