Nokia today announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire U.S.-based Motally for an undisclosed sum. Motally provides mobile analytics software that Nokia and developers for Nokia's mobile platforms can use to better understand in-app behavior and how people use their devices. Motally's software will be adapted to work with Qt, Symbian, MeeGo, and Java. Nokia expects the acquisition to close during the third quarter of 2010.
