LG Reveals Optimus T

LG today announced the Optimus T, its first smartphone for T-Mobile, and second Android phone for the US, following the Ally. The Optimus T sports Android version 2.2, including Google Voice Actions and Voice Search. The phone also includes a Wi-Fi personal hotspot feature, allowing several nearby Wi-Fi device to share the phone's T-Mobile 3G data connection. The front is graced with a 3.2-inch touch screen enhanced with Swype software for quick text entry. A 3-megapixel camera with auto-focus rounds out the key hardware features.

There is an LG Android phone headed for Verizon. The specs are very similar to this one (maybe slightly better).

My take on it is hspa+ w/ wifi hot spot= a lot of data consumed.
good news i bet someone over in xda will have that feature available once rooted(if that hasnt already happened). 😁
I have no idea what T-Mo is thinking anymore.
