Sprint ID Coming To Samsung Epic 4G, Galaxy Tab

Sprint ID will be coming to high-end Android smartphones like the Samsung Epic 4G, Sprint reps have confirmed. Originally planned for mid-range Android devices like the Samsung Transform and LG Optimus S, Sprint will soon offer Sprint ID on other devices, including the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab Android tablet. Sprint has not announced specific details on how, or even if, the Sprint ID interface will be delivered to existing Samsung Epic 4G owners, but it seems clear that future Epic 4G buyers should expect to find the Sprint ID concept on the device.

CRAP!

I don't want Sprint ID on my Epic. I don't want to have to root my phone, but if Sprint is going to force me to put that awful Sprint ID on it - I may have to.

Sprint ID is a waste, and mostly useless.
