Novatel Wireless Acquires Enfora

Novatel Wireless today announced that it has acquired Enfora for $64.5 million. Enfora, which is privately held, uses wireless broadband and machine-to-machine software in order to provide asset-management software. Novatel says the acquisition will help it diversify its customer base. Novatel makes 3G laptop dongles and a the MiFi mobile hotspot device.
