Orange Announces New SPV with Windows Mobile 2003

European carrier Orange today announced the third installment in their SPV line of Microsoft Windows Mobile smartphones. The SPV E200 looks similar to the current E100 model, but adds Bluetooth and an integrated VGA camera. The E200 also supports video recording, and will be available next month in Europe. The new device also upgrades to the 2003 version of Microsoft's smartphone OS. The new software includes integrated MMS, support for multiple email accounts, and Bluetooth support. The new OS also features support for .NET Compact Framework and NAND memory.
