Samsung and AT&T today announced pricing and availability details for AT&T's Galaxy Tab Android tablet. The 7-inch tablet will go on sale on November 21, and it will cost $650 with no contract requirement. That's at least $50 more than the same tablet sold by the other major carriers. AT&T will offer two data plan options. First will be a $15 plan with 250MB of data, and the second will be a $25 plan with 2GB of data. For a limited time, buyers will get a $50 credit towards movie rentals on the Samsung Media Hub.
