Sprint Trots Out New Parental Controls
Nov 17, 2010, 11:04 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Sprint has made it easier for parents to take control of their kids' cell phone user via refreshed online account controls. Sprint.com/Family is a new microsite that lets parents block texts and numbers, block digital media downloads, block Web access, block Picture Mail, block voice calls, and set one touch access to set or release all these controls. The new web site also offers parents advice about safety, access to the Sprint Family Locator service, and access to Family Plan information and controls. The web site is free for Sprint customers to use.
