MetroPCS Launches LTE in San Francisco

MetroPCS today announced that it has launched its Long Term Evolution network in San Francisco, Calif., and surrounding environs. Customers in that area can purchase the Samsung Craft, which is the first LTE handset being made available by MetroPCS, for $300. Plans for LTE service cost $55 and $60. MetroPCS launched LTE in Las Vegas, Dallas-Forth Worth, Detroit, Philadelphia, and L.A. earlier this year.
