Audiovox Reveals Camcorder Phone

Audiovox today announced the CDM-9900 CDMA camera phone. The high-end phone features dual color displays, VGA camera with flash, and a high-resolution QVGA 260,000-color Poly-Silicon TFT main display. The camera can also record up to 15 seconds of video with sound, and the flash can be used as both a video light and standalone flashlight. Powered by Qualcomm's MSM6100 chipset, the tri-mode phone also features BREW, or Java in the CDM-9950 variant. The phone will be available by the end of the year.
