Novatel Files Patent Lawsuit Against ZTE and Franklin Wireless

Novatel today filed lawsuits against ZTE and Franklin Wireless, alleging that the firms violate five different patents related to the Novatel MiFi device. Novatel's MiFi is a wireless internet route that connects to 3G networks and then provides Wi-Fi access to other nearby devices. The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
