Microsoft Delivers New Dev Tools, Including Cut & Paste

Microsoft has made a new version of Windows Phone 7 developer software available that includes the cut-and-paste feature. The updated software also includes a number of improvements systemwide. The tools will help developers integrate the features into their own applications. Microsoft's director of developer relations, Bandon Watson, also noted that the developer tools have been downloaded almost one million times.
