During a Superbowl commercial, Sony Ericsson revealed the new Xperia Play Android handset, which is focused on gaming. The device is a sideways slider that has Playstation-style gaming controls instead of a QWERTY keyboard. Sony Ericsson didn't provide pricing or availability information, nor did it suggest what carrier might offer the device. AT&T has sold Sony Ericsson's Xperia handsets in the past.
