Page Plus Cellular Bulks Up Value of Its Plans

Page Plus Cellular today announced some changes to its Talk n Text 1200 plans. The Talk N Text 1200 provided 1200 voice minutes, 1200 SMS/MMS messages and 50MB of data for $29.95 per month. Starting today, the same $29.95 provides users with 1200 minutes, 2000 messages, and 100MB of data per month. Page Plus Cellular also dropped the overage charges for both voice and data. Extra voice minutes cost $0.10 each instead of $0.12, and data overage charges now cost $0.15 per MB instead of $0.60 per MB.

When they are ready I think they will tak the world by storm for less usage subscribers that want a cell phone without the headaches of data plans and other nonsense. They are the complete opposite of the Iphone.
I have had my 80 year old aunt on Page Plus for over a year. I love it, I dont have to worry about a monthly bill with taxes, I pay 30. per year for her three hundred minutes. one 10 card now last 120 days, I renew the card every three months, the minutes rolls over and she uses it to call me when she is ready to leave church or something else. I am thinking about adding the 80 card which is 2000 minutes for a whole year.
