Motorola Invests in HTML5 Mobile Gaming Company

Motorola Mobility continued its streak of investments in and acquisitions of mobile content companies today by announcing a new investment in a mobile gaming company called Moblyng. Specifically, Moblyng makes HTML5-based games for a number of different platforms, including Android, iOS, webOS and Facebook. Motorola didn't say how much it invested in Moblyng. In recent weeks, Motorola has invested in Catch Media and acquired 3LM — both mobile content companies.
