Google Testing In-App Payments, Full Roll-Out Soon

Google announced on Thursday via blog post that it will begin testing in-app payments for the Android Market starting today, and plans to fully enable the feature next week. Developers who want to offer in-app purchases need to upload their apps to the Developer Console, create a catalog of in-app products, and set prices for them. They will then be able to test the process of accepting in-app payments through the Android Market. Google said that these test apps won't be visible to Android users until the full in-app purchase system goes live next week.
