Motorola Details New 3G Lineup

Continuing a frenzy of new phone announcements, Motorola today in Beijing revealed four new 3G models for Europe and Asia:
- A1000: Symbian smartphone with 1.2 megapixel camera. Available 2nd half 2004.
- E1000: 1.2 megapixel camera phone with QVGA display showing 260,000 colors and Bluetooth. Available 2nd half 2004.
- V1000: Clamshell with megapixel camera and dual color displays, including a QVGA main display supporting 260,000 colors. Available first half 2005.
- V980: Entry-level 3G clamshell. Available first half 2005.
