Google Retools Mobile Search for Better Financial Results
Mar 31, 2011, 1:50 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Google today announced that it has altered the behavior of Google Search with respect to finance and stock queries for the Android and iOS platforms. Users of iPhone and Android handsets who perform financially targeted searches from their browser will find a graph depicting stock prices that can be altered to show daily, weekly, monthly, biyearly, and yearly changes in stock prices. The tool also provides company profiles, and, if users have signed into Google's financial tools, a live overview of the user's stock portfolio. The new search features are available in English.
