WP7 Mango to Usher in Web Version of Marketplace
May 25, 2011, 3:14 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Microsoft announced today via a post on the Windows Phone Developer Blog that a new web-based Marketplace will accompany the launch of WP7 Mango. With the web version, users will be able to browse the app catalog, view screenshots, and read application details and reviews. Microsoft said it will take advantage of the web Marketplace to promote and feature applications, as well as provide tools (Bing and Bing Visual Search) to make discovering and sharing applications easier. It will allow users to purchase an app via the web interface and then push it to their phone for installation. Microsoft didn't say when the new web Marketplace will launch.

A question for Eric or anyone?
I'm with Sprint and I have been wanting to get a WP7 for a while now, but have been holding off to get a Nokia later this year. Is that a smart thing or is it dumb due to Nokia not making CDMA phones?
