Audiovox Expands Clamshell Lineup

Audiovox this week announced several new clamshell CDMA phones, including two megapixel camera models:

Vox 8610: CDMA 1900 phone exclusive to Virgin Mobile, with a 65,000-color display, external display, speakerphone, and "superphonic" real-music ringtones. Available Q2.
CDM-8615: Similar to 8610, but tri-mode, and with different styling.
CDM-8920: 1.3 megapixel camera phone with macro and flash, dual 262,000-color displays, speakerphone, voice dialing, and Java.
CDM-8930: Tri-mode clamshell design with twisting display. Features 1.3 megapixel camera with macro and flash, video clip recording, stereo speakers, and 262,000-color display. Available 2nd half of 2004.

Verizon?

Which one of these phones does VZW get and will it have Bluetooth as well?

all seem to have the same features, including the 9900.My guess is that they are giving different looks for the phones so that the provider can say the phone is "exclusive" to that certain carrier.

Verizon is looking at the 8930, but no guarantees.
