Apple today began distributing a third beta version of iOS 5 to iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch developers. Each beta typically adds several features to the operating system for developers to test, but Apple hasn't provided a changelog explaining what those new features are. Apple plans to make iOS 5 available to all iOS devices later this year.
