Microsoft Licenses Augmented Reality Tech

Microsoft today entered into an agreement to license augmented reality technology from a company called GeoVector Corporation. The patents licensed by Microsoft also include pointing-based local search and other aspects of spatially aware mobile computing. Terms of the licensing agreement were not disclosed.
